Our Role
We provided complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering services for the project, coordinating closely with the architectural team to integrate systems within the building layout and minimize interdisciplinary conflicts.
Design Approach
Special attention was given to vertical system routing and service access to support efficient construction and long-term building operations. The result is a coordinated MEP design that supports both architectural intent and practical performance.
