Our Role:

 OT Engineering provided complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering services for grocery store renovations, conversions, and new construction projects across the Southeastern United States.

Design Approach:

 For renovation and conversion projects, we begin with a site visit to verify existing conditions and confirm the accuracy of available as-built drawings. This step allows the design team to move forward with confidence and helps reduce coordination issues during both design and construction.
 

For new construction projects, we work closely with the architect and other disciplines to develop fully coordinated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction documents. This includes preparing supporting documentation required for planning and permitting.
 

When needed, we also provide additional deliverables such as construction guide specifications and hot water system design calculations to support project approvals and execution.
