Our Role
OT Engineering provided complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering services for the project. We coordinated closely with the architectural, civil, and equipment manufacturer teams to streamline communication and minimize interdisciplinary conflicts throughout the design process.
Design Approach
Particular attention was given to the facility’s exterior lighting due to its proximity to nearby residential neighborhoods and a busy multi-lane roadway. The exterior lighting design utilizes controlled downlighting to enhance visibility and architectural presence while minimizing light spill to surrounding areas.
